Cut the weeds with a machete and find the best places to plant different varieties of native trees. A fulfilling and educational activity to restore the habitat of Borneo’s wildlife.

You will work with the local workers and learn from them the best locations for the different trees regarding amount of sun, water needs, proper soil balance and nutrients. You can assist with clearing of the ground, mulching, pruning and more.

In the nurseries, you can work with seeds, seedlings and cuttings. Here you will learn how to handle these delicate little beginnings and nurture them to maturity.

If you are more interested to work with data, you can also assist our researchers to collect data regarding tree growth, water volume, water flow velocity, humidity and temperature. It helps us to better understand the environment and the changes that are taking place.
