The Kutai folklore festival is held every year in one of the 3 cultural villages in Kutai Kartanegara. These are the Dayak villages of Lekaq Kidau, Lung Anai and Sungai Bawang.

the factsThe Kutai folklore festival is held every year in one of the 3 cultural villages in Kutai Kartanegara. These are the Dayak villages of Lekaq Kidau, Lung Anai and Sungai Bawang.
During the festival, the Dayak villagers show traditional dance and music performances as well as traditional rituals and ceremonies. Visitors can also participate in activities. The festival activities are held in and around the traditional longhouse.
